Improved complications (both built-in & Wear 2.0)

Ksana Sweep Watch Face just got updated; first to 1.2.6 & soon after to version 1.2.7.

Here’s what’s new

v 1.2.6

  • Improved complications (both Wear 2 & built-in)
  • Digital font for 12/24 -hour clocks complications
  • Changed to around 40% transparency for sub dial backgrounds when the main dial background is provided via a third-party complication

v 1.2.7

  • Removed Digital font for 12/24 – hour clocks complications after many requests to do so

Direct access to a complication’s full details page via double tap

On Ksana Sweep Watch Face you can tap a content area to maximize it along with its complication data. Tapping it again will minimize it back to its normal state.

I’ve got much positive feedback for having this type of simple toggle interactivity on Ksana Sweep, but I’ve also got a few request for making a tap instead take you directly to a full details page (for complications that have a full details page).

An example of a full details page is the page displaying step count information on Google Fit. On Ksana Sweep you get to this page by triggering the Step counter complication action.

Curved layout & improved complications for Ksana Sweep Watch Face

Here’s what’s new

  • All Ksana settings pages (on the watch) got a new design with with curved layout for round watches.
  • Display improvement for third-party complications

Below are 2 screenshots to showcase these changes.

How to update to Android Wear 2.0

Even though you should get the latest Android Wear 2.0 update automatically (over-the-air starting February 15, 2017), it may take awhile. To perhaps speed things up you can make sure everything relevant is updated & manually check for System updates.

Start by connecting both your smartwatch & phone to their chargers & make sure they are connected (preferably via WIFI).
